they even show how the moon was formed.
supposedly some planet collided with earth.

they also say how water formed.
cos in the begining earth didn't have water at all.
it was like an inferno.

FLAT FISH
amazingly a flatfish starts out as an ordinary fish.
upright with fins and all.
then as it grows it starts to change.
its skull moves.
literally moves.
the eyes move to one side of its head.
to enable the fish to live on one side alone.
like WTH.

the nxt one i forgot its name.
its a fish colony.
when one of the male dies.
there is a hormonal inbalance among the females.
then a female who is closer to the male side becomes a male.
a full fledged male.
its colour,stripes, even the characteristics changes to dat of a male.
freaky but nice.
heeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

STICK INSECT
these guys are facinating.
the adults lay their eggs in things that ants like.
the ants collect these things with the egg.
take the things they want and dump the eggs into their 'rubbish dump'
the eggs hatch.
the amazing thing is that,
the stick insects make themselves look like ants.
to give themselve a better chance of survival.
as they grow they start to look like scorpions.
the hook like sting and all.
i couldn't get any pictures of them though.
saddened.

started my jogging regime.
need to train for my 2.4km.
always cannot get below 12 minutes.
this time must get there.

the endorphin release is so nice.
keeps me awake and alert.

i am so not on schedule.
i was suppose to finish 4 topics by now.
only have finished 3 so far.
have to buck up.

somehow planning and studying doesnt seem to work out for me.
the last minute 'chiong' method is so much better.

can someone tell me how shampoo and conditioners work?
cos when u use soap on ure hair its all rough n frizzy.
but when u use shampoo or conditioner its all smooth and soft.

watched Pirates of The Caribean : At worlds end yesterday.
kinda nice.
although somewat long and draggy,
the movie was fine.
but if u go alone i dont think itll be nice.
must go as a group.

i tried this drink at STARBUCKS yesterday.
its called JAVA CHIP BANANA FRAPPUCCINO
i wouldnt add it into my favourite list
but the taste is very da unique.
i think i should have asked for more sugar.
cos there was this bitter taste after every sip.
never knew coffee could taste good wif bananas thou.

watched Miss Universe 2007 in the morning.
Miss Japan won.
like WTH
Miss Brazil and Miss Venezuela were so much prettier.
they were full figured to begin with.
the answers they gave to their questions were not too bad either.
i'm kinda proud thou.
an asian won the Miss Universe title.
