today played soccer again.
super tired.
i had cramps.
freaking painful.
after playing i took the bus.
when i sat down got cramp.
my god.
first time i experience such a painful one.
got one big lump dat protruded out from my right thigh.
veri hard summore.
it was moving up and down.
like the heart beating liddat.
heeeeeeeeeeeee.
i couldnt do anything.
try stretching also no space.
heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
worst thing was dat i wanted to go pasar malam at the back of chong pang.
but i couldnt stand.
super painful.
but thats not the end of it.
after go home bathe and everything i went to sleep.
i wanted to turn on the air conditioner.
so i went to clsoe my windows.
then the cramp striked again.
tis time on the left leg.
i was talking to haikel on the phone somemore.
heeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
lucky got my mum arnd.
ask her help me stretch.
